バレエコンクールで優勝（Ballet Competition winner）

スイス・ローザンヌの国際バレエコンクール第４０回大会の決勝が４日行われ、和光高校（東京都町田市）２年の菅井円加さん（佐々木三夏バレエアカデミー所属）が１位に入賞した。

　菅井さんはコンテンポラリー（現代舞踊）賞も受賞した。

１５～１８歳の男女に参加資格を限る同コンクールは、新進ダンサーの登竜門として知られており、入賞者には世界の名門バレエ学校への留学資格と奨学金が与えられる。
　４日の決勝は２１人で行われ、日本人は菅井さんのほかに、入賞を惜しくも逃したものの女子３人、男子１人が決勝に進出した。おめでとうございます。若い世代においては、技術的にも体型的にも世界のトップクラスに入りつつあるということなんでしょうかね。
