“８冠”達成！！（Achieve "crown 8"! !）

福井商高情報処理科３年の南部琴美さんが、全国商業高等学校協会（全商）が主催する検定（全９種目）のうち８種目で１級合格を達成した。“８冠”は本年度は県内でただ１人の快挙。南部さんは「部活や担任の先生が支えてくれて、友達と競い合ったおかげで取ることができた」と喜びをかみしめている。
　全商の検定は簿記、珠算、電卓、ワープロ、英語、情報処理プログラミング、情報処理ビジネス情報、商業経済、会計実務の９種目。南部さんは珠算を除く八つに合格した。
　南部さんは１年生の時に、７冠を達成した先輩に憧れ勉強を始め、まず簿記に合格。２年になってからは６月に電卓、９月にプログラミング、１１月からは４カ月連続で４種目に合格し７冠にこぎ着けた。「てこずった」という会計実務は、昨年１０月にクリアした。
　平日は放課後２時間半以上、休日は学校が開くセミナーに参加して勉強した。３年間担任をしている辻教諭は「とても努力家。南部さんの影響でクラスの生徒が切磋琢磨（せっさたくま）するようになり、資格を取る子が多かった」と振り返る。
　会計実務の試験と時期が重なり、残念ながら合格できなかった珠算については、「勉強が足りず悔しい」（南部さん）と苦笑い。
　４月から福井市内の化学製品メーカーに就職する予定で、「持ち前の『目標に向かって頑張る力』を生かしたい」と意気込んでいる。
珠算だけ合格できなかったのは残念ですが、 3年間本当に頑張ったんでしょうね。
