条例成立後、初の卒業式（After the establishment ordinance, the first graduation ceremony）

全国初の「国歌起立条例」ができた大阪府で２４日、昨年６月の条例成立後、初の卒業式が始まった。

　式は３月１６日まで府立学校計２１２校で行われる予定で、全教職員約１万３０００人には起立斉唱を求める職務命令が出されている。同じ職務命令違反３回で原則、免職とする職員基本条例案も府議会に知事提案され可決の見込みで、混乱や大量処分の事態は避けられるのか、注目が集まっている。
　この日は府立高校３２校で卒業式が行われた。大阪市港区の府立港高校では、卒業生２６６人が出席。冒頭に国歌斉唱があり、教職員約３０人も全員起立した。
　倉沢校長によると、職務命令に納得できない様子の教職員には事前に個別に話をし、「生徒を祝う大事な式典が滞らないことを第一に考えよう」と丁寧に諭したという。倉沢校長は「最後は教員を信じるしかない。これだけ強いプレッシャーを感じた卒業式は初めて」と話した。
　こんな条例を制定しなければならない教育の現場を嘆かざるをえないですね。人を愛し郷土を愛し国を愛することは教育の根底をなすものだと感じます。誰に言われず起立し斉唱するのが当たり前の行動のように思えますがね。
