(Guarantee of the first glacier in domestic )

In the part on 4, it cut that the paper that three 氷塊 in the north Alps and the Tateyama mountain range are the first glaciers to be checked at home is published at the academic journal of Japanese Society of Snow and Ice (Tokyo) published in May.
The guarantee of the society was obtained when it was the first glacier in domestic.
The Tateyama caldera erosion control museum (Tateyama-cho, Toyama) checks last autumn that three 氷塊 (about 700?1200 meters in length), the small window valley with year-long snow in Tateyama, a 3 ノ window valley with year-long snow, and the Maesawa valley with year-long snow, are moving slowly using Global Positioning System (GPS).
Three 氷塊 summarized the results of an investigation that a possibility of being the "glacier" where it moves through every year was high in the paper, and had submitted them to the society.
Then, the credibility of the paper was accepted by two specialists and it was decided that printing would be an academic journal "frozen snow."
The head of an academic journal member of editorial board, Mr. Ishimoto, said, "The motion of 氷塊 is more concretely investigated using the newest equipment, and research value is high."
In the glacier, Kamchatka in Russia was made into the south 限 in Far East Asia until now.
In order that snow may remain easily under the influence of the deep valley etc. where Tateyama follows on the lee in a heavy snowfall area, it is concluded that the conditions of glacier formation overlapped.
Was the glacier said not to exist located also in Japan?
From about what time was it formed?
A question is the shin without being exhausted.
