日清食品は１０日、カップ麺「カップヌードル」発売４０周年記念商品として、カップヌードル史上最大サイズの「カップヌードル　キング」を２３日に発売すると発表した。
　内容量は１２０グラムと、通常サイズの７７グラムの約１．５倍。現在販売されているなかで最も大きい「カップヌードル　ビッグ」の９９グラムよりも大きい。
　太めの麺を使用し、具材でもひき肉を立方体に固めた「コロチャー」より大きな「ダイスミンチ」を入れた。調理時間は変わらず３分。１０－３０代の男性をメーンターゲットとする。　希望小売価格は２２６円。まさにキングサイズですね。ぜひ、食べてみたいですね。
