全国学力・学習状況調査（全国学力テスト）について、文部科学省は、来年度から区市町村教育委員会の判断で学校別成績を公表できるよう実施要領を見直す方向で検討に入ることが２０日、わかった。
　学校間の「過度な競争や序列化」を招くとして公表は禁じられてきたが、一部自治体などから公表を望む声が強まっていた。専門家会議で１１月末までに公表方法についてとりまとめ、要領を改定する方針だ。
　同省は学校別成績について、区市町村教委による公表を禁じ、各校の判断で公表することのみ認めてきた。しかし、大阪府泉佐野市が昨年１０月、今年度のテストで市立小中学校の成績を公表する方針を一時打ち出したことを機に、同省は今年２月、来年度以降のテスト結果について公表のあり方を検討する姿勢を示していた。
　学校や先生の評価基準として全国学力テストの順位を一つの尺度として考える方法はありかな～と感じます。その意味では、どんどん公表して競わせるのもいいのかもしれませんね。
