１０月12日、13日と宇都宮に行ってきました。用事を済ませて13日、行き帰りに横を通っては見学したいねと話していた足利学校に初めて参観してきました。日本で最古の学校といわれていますが創建について諸説あって、まだ確定しないようです。真夏を思わせる日でしたので方丈（講義がなされる場所)を吹き抜ける風が清々しかったです。１０００年以上の歴史の中で多くの学生が学んでいったんでしょうね。そして日本を形作っていたんだと思うと感慨深いですね。こんな場所で、学びの一時を持っていきたいものです。
