The 14th, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced that it would award to Messrs. Eugene Pharma Professor of the U.S. Great Chicago, Lars Hansen Professor of university, Robert Schiller, Professor of Yale University, the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 2013.

It is equal to three eight million Swedish Krona prize (about 120 million yen).

Nobel weeks, it is the end of this. After all, there were no winners of the Japanese. Too bad. However, except that the high-tech power of Japanese companies and achievements of Dr. Nambu were assessed again in the physics prize and I was good. Let's look forward to next year.


スウェーデン王立科学アカデミーは１４日、２０１３年のノーベル経済学賞を、米シカゴ大のユージン・ファーマ教授、同大のラース・ハンセン教授、米エール大のロバート・シラー教授の３氏に授与すると発表した。
　株式や債券といった、資産価格の分析に関する功績が評価された。
　賞金の８００万スウェーデン・クローナ（約１億２０００万円）は３人に等分される。
ノーベル週間も、これで終わりですね。結局、日本人の受賞者はいませんでした。残念ですね。しかし、物理学賞などでは南部博士の功績や日本企業の技術力高さが改めて評価されていた点は良かったですね。来年に期待しましょう。
