１杯１０万円（Cup of 100,000 yen）

サントリー酒類は９日、５０年以上熟成させた１本１００万円のシングルモルトウイスキー「山崎５０年」を、来月１３日から１５０本限定で発売すると 発表した。同ウイスキーの販売は平成１７、１９年に続き今回が３回目。前回は即日完売したといい、同社では９日から小売店などで注文受付を開始した。
今日は13日ですから既に、完売してしまったんでしょうね。
　お披露目された同ウイスキーは、黒い木箱に収められた特製クリスタルボトルがまるで宝石のような豪華さ。深いコハク色が、国産のミズナラ樽で５０年以上も貯蔵された時間の流れを感じさせた。
　そっと口に含んだ瞬間、果物のような甘く豊かな香りが広がった。その後、香木の伽羅のようなオリエンタルな香りと滑らかなコクが、しばらく口の中に漂って、「１杯１０万円」の味に文字通り酔いしれた。
50年という時の流れが美味しいウイスキーを造り出してくれるんでしょうね。飲むチャンスは、ほぼ無いでしょうが、来年以降の開催される試飲会に行って飲んでみたいですね。

 

Suntory Liquors 09, single malt whiskey aged 1 $ 10,000 over 50 years, "Yamazaki 50 Years", was announced to be launched in a limited edition of 150 Oct. 13. Sales of whiskey is the third time that same year followed by 17, 19, 2003. Last time I sold out the same day, the company began taking orders from retail stores such as Tuesday.

Today is 13 already, I would not have already sold out.

Whisky has been unveiled as the jewel-like luxury crystal bottle encased in special black wooden box. A deep amber color, feel the flow of time Saseta stored in oak barrels for over 50 years domestic.

Including the mouth gently moment, much to the rich aroma of fruits such as sweet. Then, the rich aroma and smooth oriental-like character of fragrant wood, floating in the mouth for a while, "100,000 yen a cup of" literally drunk on the taste.

I would not have us create a delicious whiskey during a 50-year trend. Take a chance, but I almost never, I like to drink is going to be held later next tasting.
