北朝鮮国営の朝鮮中央テレビと朝鮮中央放送、平壌放送は１９日午前１０時（日本時間同）、一斉に「正午に特別放送がある」と伝えた。内容は不明。ラヂオプレス（ＲＰ）が報じた。
　北朝鮮では１９９４年７月の金日成主席の死去時などに「特別放送」が行われており、重大な内容が報道される可能性がある。
　ＲＰによると、朝鮮中央テレビは１９日、通常は午後５時に始まる放送を、午前９時から開始している。
もう正午ですが、どんな放送がなされるのか注目ですね。
