４年ぶりに大統領に返り咲くプーチン氏（Come back to President Putin for the first time in four years）

ロシア大統領選は４日夜（日本時間５日未明）、投票を終了。即 日開票され、２０００年から２期大統領を務め、０８年以降メドベージェフ大統領と「双頭体制」を組んできたプーチン首相が開票率３５・ ９２％段階で６３・６０％を得票、当選を確実にし、４年ぶりに大統領に返り咲くことになった。
　６割程度の得票が確定すれば、プーチン氏は国民から広く支持を得た大統領として一定の権威を確保し、国政運営に当たれそうだ。国民は社会をソ連崩壊後の混乱から安定に導き、経済を発展させた同氏の実績と強い指導力を評価した。抗議運動も起きていましたが結局プーチン氏でしたね。ここでも共産主義色の強い国家が継続されていきますね。それに対して強いアメリカへと導く指導者が現れるかが問題ですね。アメリカそして韓国の大統領選の行方がますます注目されていきますね。
