英語で学び、英語で考える大学（Learning in English, think in English universities）

国際教養大（秋田市）の志願者が全国に広がり、急増中だ。今年４月入学者の入試には前年度より千人多い２６３２人が出願、平均倍率は１７．５倍だった。留学の義務づけや高い就職率が注目され、首都圏の予備校で地方公立大としては異例の対策コースもできた。
