「金正恩？　『大将』と呼ばないと大変なことになる。政権は世襲されるだろうが、だれもいい国になるなんて期待していない」…。石川県・能登半島沖で保護され韓国に移送された９人の脱北者。韓国治安機関の関係施設で情報機関と軍、警察によって進められている合同調査に対し、彼らは北朝鮮の“いま”を詳細に語り始めた。
 「表面的には従っているが不満は抱えている。そして政府を信じる者もいない」脱北者のひとりは、北朝鮮体制に対する住民の気持ちについてこう明かしている。

脱北者のひとりは、９５年ごろ、「キム・ソンド」という人物が公然と国家批判を行ったとして銃殺されたという話を聞いたことがあるという。
公開処刑については「清津では、スソン川の土手で数百人の眼前で銃殺があった」と証言。しかし最近では住民の批判が高まり、公開はせず、ひそかに処理しているようだ、とも指摘した。
治安機関が強大な権限を持つ北朝鮮。その治安状況はどうか。
脱北者のひとりは「清津では、強盗や殺人、窃盗、恐喝といったありとあらゆる犯罪が増加。治安の低下は著しい」と語っている。
こんな国が存在しているんですね。民衆はどんな生活を強いられているんでしょうかね。
中東で起きている民主化勢力による独裁体制の転覆といった情報も民衆には入っていないんでしょうね。下からの政権転覆は難しそうですね。トップ層の造反をきっかけにして民主化の流れが起きていく以外ないのかもしれませんね。北に春風が吹くのは、まだまだのようですね。韓国の方々も、愛の心を持って北を掻き抱こうとする気持ちが大事でしょうね。南北統一！そして北の解放が早く来るように祈るばかりです。
