国民に配当を！！（Dividends to the people! !）

多くの家庭で、奥さんが会計を預かって日々家計簿なるものを付けながら遣り繰りしている事と思います。ある一定の金額しか入ってこない状況で、出口をいかに切り詰めて、入口を少しでも多くしようと考えているのではないでしょうかね。
その意味でも、政府は、もっと出口を切り詰めて、安易な増税を見つめ直してほしいな～と感じますね。
大きな国家資産を持ち、優秀な人材が多いはずの政治家や官僚は、自らの才覚でこの資産を活用し、稼いで、その稼ぎを国民に配分、税金をゼロにするか配分金を分け与えるようになってほしいと感じますね。やればできるはずです。
では、どうすればよいのか？　そういえば最近の週刊誌に、興味深い記事が掲載されていますね。　
一つは１０月８日号の『週刊現代』です。この中の「どじょう野田を操る本当の総理、勝栄二郎の正体」をまず読んでください。そこには人事がいかに大事か。国民から取りあげることをのみ考えて経営的視野に立ったことのない財務官僚の体質などが浮きぼりになっています。本当の大事な視点に全く欠けているのが官僚や政治家だと分ります。
もう一つは、１０月６日号の『週刊新潮』です。「大増税のその前に一言、言いたいことがある」には、具体的な財源の捻出法がいろいろ書かれています。

⑤公務員の天下り禁止で、１０兆円以上は経費が削減できそうだ……などです。

１０兆円や２０兆円は、増税不要で、たちどころに調達できそうに思うのは私だけでしょうかね。
