Possibility that the island is grown.

The 22nd , the Japan Coast Guard has announced where the new island that emerged by the eruption in the vicinity of the Ogasawara Islands Nishinoshima ( Tokyo) , was observed from the aircraft , and confirmed the crater of two .

I hope the island is going to grow . To live would be difficult but I am glad that in the sense territory and more . It is a simple idea ... .


海上保安庁は２２日、小笠原諸島（東京都）の西之島付近で噴火により出現した新しい島について、航空機から観測したところ、二つの火口を確認したと発表した。
　同庁では火口が赤く見えていることから、マグマが上昇してきているとしており、溶岩流が出てくる可能性が増したとみている。
　同庁が同日午後３時半から約１時間にわたり上空から観測したところ、２～３分に１回の頻度で噴火しており、二つの火口からマグマを確認できた。水蒸気爆発は起きていなかった。２１日まではマグマが海水と接触して水蒸気爆発が起き、噴煙とともに噴き上げられた噴出物が火口の周囲に堆積していた。噴出物が堆積しているだけでは、波の浸食により島が水没する恐れがあるが、溶岩流が出ると地表が固まるなどして島が成長する可能性が出てくるという。
　島が大きく成長していくといいですね。住むことは難しいでしょうが領土が増えるといった感覚でうれしいですね。単純な発想ですがね・・・。
