京都御所（京都市上京区）で３１日、恒例の秋季一般公開が始まった。観光客は、キンモクセイ香る庭園を散策し、宮廷生活に思いをはせた。１１月４日まで。
　宜秋（ぎしゅう）門から入り、紫宸（ししん）殿などを巡る約１キロのコース。宮廷行事を描いた絵図や、江戸時代の画家、岸駒（がんく）が富士山を描いた屏風「墨絵山水」などが特別公開されている。
　古来の内裏の形態を伝える御殿の数々に、埼玉県白岡市から来られた方は「初めて見たが、そのまま残っているとは、たいしたものだ」と話した。
　公開は午前９時～午後３時半。申し込み不要。入場無料。１１月３日は雅楽が披露される。
長い歴史を誇る皇室(宮廷)の一旦が垣間見えるんでしょうね。周りから見学したことはありますが、中を見たことはありません。ぜひ、次の機会に行って見たいですね。
