若い女性で増えている子宮頸がんなど、子供向けの３ワクチンについて、厚生労働省が２０１３年度から、原則無料で受けられる定期予防接種の対象とする方向で調整をしていることが１７日分かった。

 　３ワクチンは、子宮頸がん予防のほか、細菌性髄膜炎を引き起こす小児用肺炎球菌とインフルエンザ菌ｂ型（ヒブ）。現行措置では、子宮頸がんは基本的には中学１年から高校１年の女子、ヒブと肺炎球菌は０～４歳児を対象としている。
　子宮頸癌のワクチンについては無料の定期予防接種の対象にすべきではないでしょうね。有償で本人や保護者の意思に委ねるべきでしょうね。
　この子宮頸癌は、性交渉を持った女性の全員が発病する因子は持っているようですが免疫機能によって実際に発病するのは僅かであると聞きます。潜伏期間もかなり長いと聞きます。若い女性が発病しているのは、精神的に大人になっていない状態（未成年）で性交渉を持っているという証にほかなりません。どんどん性交渉をしましょうと国や地方自治体が進めているかのようにも捉えられます。そしてがんを予防するという事は、かなり強いワクチンでもあると考えられます。将来的に子どもができないという問題が発生する可能性も十分ありますね。ですからワクチンに伴った訴訟問題だって起きる可能性はあるかもしれませんね。ワクチンなどに頼らず愛や性そして結婚について明確な知識を教えるほうが重要でしょうね。でも、多くの人はなぜ結婚するのかも分からなくなってしまっているでしょうから難しいですかね？
