It is unmanned by digital camera production(デジカメ生産を無人化)

Canon does not employ hands and assembles a part only with a robot and builds a perfection automation line to make a digital camera. I operate it in a part of 2 domestic factories including Oita by 2015. The domestic manufacturing industry moved the production base backed by strong yen in the cheap foreign countries of personnel expenses. In Canon which pushed forward the automation of the assembling process, the world first production nothing person challenges making it it with the digital camera which high precision is demanded from. I raise cost competitiveness and leave the base of crafting and research and development in Japan. It is from the value-added high part and material including a sensor preventing a semiconductor, the camera shake that the digital camera processes a lens and the image that exact processing technique is necessary. If a main factory to put a finished product together into is left in Japan, a part and a material maker with the competitiveness stay in the country worldwide and can keep a strength to develop jointly from the plan stage of the new product alive. I consider a business partner to help maintenance of the employment that I included.
Because Toyota Motor Corporation maintains 3 million domestic production by the main manufacturing industry, I wrestle for innovation of the production engineering that an effect same as before is provided even if I reduce facilities investment 40%.
I want to show respect for company posture to wrestle for innovation of the production engineering to have a production base for Japan in the inside where the tendency that many companies shift a production base to abroad resists. After all technology of Japan is high.



キヤノンは人手を使わずロボットだけで部品を組み立て、デジタルカメラをつくる完全自動化ラインを構築する。2015年をメドに大分など国内2工場の一部 で稼働させる。円高を背景に国内製造業は、人件費の安い海外に生産拠点を移してきた。組み立て工程の自動化を進めてきたキヤノンは、高い精度が要求される デジカメで世界初となる生産無人化に挑む。コスト競争力を高めて、もの作りと研究開発の基盤を日本に残す。デ ジカメは精密な加工技術が必要なレンズや画像を処理する半導体、手ぶれを防ぐセンサーなど付加価値の高い部品や素材からなる。完成品を組み立てる主力工場 が日本に残れば、世界的に競争力のある部品や素材メーカーが国内にとどまり、新製品の企画段階から共同開発する強みを生かせる。取引先を含めた雇用の維持 にも役立つとみている。
 主要製造業ではトヨタ自動車が国内生産300万台を維持するため、設備投資額を4割減らしても従来と同じ効果が得られる生産技術の革新に取り組んでいる。
多くの企業が生産拠点を海外にシフトする傾向が強い中にあって生産拠点を日本国内に残すために生産技術の革新に取り組む企業姿勢に敬意を表したいですね。日本の技術力ってやはり高いんですね。
