Weather forecast of the morning of 21st（２１日朝の天気予報）

Association of weather in Japan announced the weather forecast of the morning of 21st when "a golden ring solar eclipse" was generated on 11th.
The phenomenon that a center of the sun is covered as for the golden ring solar eclipse in a month, and only a relationship glistens with. I can observe it from South Kyushu to Fukushima for 21 days as far as I am wide. However, according to the forecast, is Kanto and the Kansai district under the influence that a pressure trough passes; rain it becomes cloudy. A sunny interval is expected to spread through Southeast Kyushu and Shikoku, the Tokai area.
It is said, "the accuracy of the forecast rises as a date approaches", and the association updates a forecast before a solar eclipse every day until a day. It should be fine, but the observation seems to be severe by the current forecast.



日本気象協会は１１日、「金環日食」が起こる２１日朝の天気予報を発表した。
 　金環日食は、太陽の中心部が月に隠され、縁だけ輝く現象。 ２１日は九州南部から福島県まで広い範囲で観察できる。しかし、予報によると、気圧の谷が通過する影響で、関東と関西地方などで雨や曇りになる。九州南東部や四国、東海地域は晴れ間が広がる見込み。
 　同協会は、「日付が近づくにつれて予報の正確性が高まる」とし、日食の前日まで毎日、予報を更新する。晴れてくれればいいのですが現在の予報では観測は厳しそうですね。
