　例えば、通話者Ａが「こんにちは」と日本語で話しかけると、英語を話す通話者Ｂには「ハロー」と英語に、フランス語を話す通話者Ｃには「ボン ジュール」とフランス語に、それぞれ変換された機械音声で伝わる。携帯画面にも、文字で「Ｈｅｌｌｏ」「Ｂｏｎｊｏｕｒ」と表示される。
　言語を学び必要がなくなるかもしれませんね。逆に、この過程を通じて言語を学べるようになるのかもしれませんね。また、何を語るのかが問われそうですね。その意味でも、日本の歴史や言語・文化をしっかり学ぶ必要があるのかもしれませんね。
