三菱重工業と宇宙航空研究開発機構（ＪＡＸＡ）は２６日、日米共同開発の降水観測衛星を搭載したＨ２Ａロケット２３号機を２８日午前３時３７分、種子島宇宙センター（鹿児島県）で打ち上げると発表した。
