ＮＴＴドコモとＮＴＴナレッジ・スクウェアは３日、大学講義を無料でネット配信する学習サイトを開き、受講生の募集を始めた。米国生まれの「ＭＯＯＣ（ムーク、大規模公開オンライン講座）」と呼ばれるサービスの初の日本版となる。
　新サイトは「ｇａｃｃｏ（ガッコ）」。日本版ムーク推進団体の公認を受けた。まず「日本中世の自由と平等」（東京大学）など３講座の受講受け付けを始めた。１講座当たり5000人の受講者獲得をめざす。
　１回の講義は、長さ10分程度の動画10本前後で構成する。受講生は週替わりの講義を視聴するとともに、テストやリポートなどの課題に取り組む必要がある。条件を満たすと大学から修了証を受け取れる。パソコンのほか、スマートフォン（スマホ）など携帯端末でも学べるようにした。
