　今回の電王戦は第１局の菅井竜也五段、第２局の佐藤紳哉六段が共に敗れていた。残りは２局でプロは依然、１敗もできない状況となっている。
　先手番の豊島七段は２００７年にプロ入りした若手の精鋭。序盤から大駒が飛び交う激しい展開となったが、的確に攻めをつないで快勝した。対局は持ち時間各５時間で実施された。棋士の初勝利おめでとうございます。コンピュータもビックリするほどの大胆な攻めで残りも勝利してプロ棋士の面目を保ってほしいですね。
