About 80 percent of the successful candidates of clerical work (college graduate grade) became a woman by the personnel employment examination in the 2013 fiscal year of Osaka and Osaka.

By a secondary exam, by "group work" of planning the promotion measure of a fictitious shopping center in a group, a paper, and the 3rd examination, an interview and a qualifying examination are done and, finally 65 persons pass.
53 (82%) of them are a woman.
The employment examinations of a prefecture are 1121 examinees and a woman is 464 persons (41%).
67 (78%) of the 86 last successful candidates were women.
As for the prefecture and the city, the woman occupied 60 percent or more of the last successful candidates also in the 12 fiscal year.
Many of things in which, as for the percentage of the women to the successful candidate in the 12 fiscal year, Niigata exceeded 65% in all the government ordinance cities are below the level of 50%, and the height of the female ratio of Osaka and a city is conspicuous.
Although the ratio of the male students and the female student who have taken an examination has many male students, 80 percent of female student success is unusual.
Male students' scream is likely to be heard. 


大阪府、大阪市の2013年度職員採用試験で、事務職(大卒程度)の合格者の約8割が女性となった。
 教養問題を廃止し、エントリーシート(ES)や論文など「人物重視」の試験に切り替えたところ、女性比率がアップした。女性のアピール力の高さが浮き彫りとなった形だが、府・市は「男女半々が理想で、ここまでの偏りは予想外。女性に有利になっていないかなど試験変更の影響を検証したい」としている。
 大阪市は今春、主に市長部局で働く事務職を55人程度募集。受験者760人のうち女性は335人(44%)で、1次試験は志望動機や自己PRを記入するESと小論文を実施した。2次試験では、集団で架空の商店街の振興策を企画するなどの「グループワーク」と論文、3次試験では面接と適性試験を行い、最終的に65人が合格。うち53人(82%)が女性だ。
 府の採用試験は受験者1121人で、女性は464人(41%)。最終合格者86人のうち67人(78%)が女性だった。府・市は12年度も、女性が最終合格者の6割以上を占めた。
 12年度の合格者に占める女性の割合は、全政令市では新潟市が65%を超えたものの多くは50%台以下で、大阪府・市の女性比率の高さが目立つ。受験している男子学生と女子学生の比率は男子学生の方が多いのに女子学生合格8割は異常ですね。男子学生の悲鳴が聞こえそうですね。
