　学生が各学部に分かれる３年次以降は、さらに約１００人に絞り込み、海外の大学派遣や海外企業の就業体験などの機会を持たせる。東大で行う「学部 共通授業」では、哲学や環境など文系理系の枠を超えた授業を原則、英語で行い、リーダーに必要な課題解決力、国際的な視野を養うという。
