　今回で３２年目を迎え、毎年１００人超の応募がある。午前１０時開講。日本酒の歴史や醸造方法、菰だるの巻き方の実演のほか試飲もある。人気の利き酒では、甘口や辛口、大吟醸など５種類の日本酒を当てる。受講者には修了証書と記念品が贈られる。
