政府は大学の教育・研究機能の強化を成長戦略に盛り込んでおり、入試改革はその大きな柱となる。高校側が新たなテストへの対応を迫られるほか、受験ビジネスにも影響を及ぼしそうだ。

大学側には年1回のセンター試験と比べ、受験生の基礎学力を正確に把握できるメリットがあるが、高校側からは反発もありそうだ。高校の施設が試験会場となることが想定され「公平性が保てるのか」などの声がある。中高一貫校が有利なカリキュラムを組む可能性もあり「学校の序列化がさらに進む」との懸念も根強いとみられる。
若年層の教育だけに着目するのではなく、全ての層に開かれた大学になっていくべきでしょうね。そして大学の教育という以上に大学院教育を充実させていくべきだと感じますね。そして日本を越えて世界を視野に入れた教育を初等教育から進めていくべきでしょうね。
