高校の主に２、３年生で来春から使われる教科書の検定結果が２６日、文部科学省から公表された。
　「脱ゆとり」をめざして学習内容を増やした新学習指導要領に沿って、ページ数は現行教科書に比べて平均１４・９％増えた。地理、公民で北方領土、竹島、尖閣諸島を扱った教科書の割合は昨年度検定分とあわせて９割近くになった。
　今回の検定対象は、専門高校用を含め、１４教科計１８１点。うち生物、英語表現２の各１点が不合格となり、別の１点が取り下げた。
　ページ数は、国語（２９・６％）や語彙(ごい)数の増えた英語などの外国語（２０・７％）で増加が目立った。
　地理、公民の教科書で竹島を扱った割合は昨年度検定分と合わせ、現行の６８％から８６％、尖閣諸島は６６％から８９％に増えた。以前の指導要領でも言及されていた北方領土は９３％から９６％に微増した。「脱ゆとり」の教育が浸透していくことを期待したいですね。頭に汗をかくくらい勉強してほしいですね。そして愛国意識が育っていくことを期待します。
