　計画では、１～３年の希望者２０人程度に、英語、数学、国語の３教科を教える。校内にある合宿所の建物を利用し、平日午後５時～午後８時の間、今後公募する常勤講師や学習ボランティアらが個別指導する。常勤講師の給料は３村が負担する予定だ。
