Number
of applicants to the youth of Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers
(JICA) Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has been reduced to
dispatch volunteers to developing countries. Since
its inception in 1965, the number of applicants last fall recruitment
is less than the number of requests from countries for the first time. The
impact of the economic downturn and budget cuts, but raised to reason,
voice also point out that as a sign of youth-oriented inward. Yellow
light is flashing in the history of Japanese foreign contribution has
been received high reputation in the international community. In the past 48 years, JOCV has dispatched more than 37 000 young people in 88 countries. Twice
a year in spring and autumn, recruited 10 years ago about 5,000 hits
five times from four times the number of requests to applicants from
developing countries each JICA. Magnification for Goukakushasu was nearly 10 times. That's the number of applicants has recently reduced to below 3/1 and around 1,500 people. In the spring of 2011 recruiting plummeted to 1351 people. It
is estimated that the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake,
volunteers and headed to the Northeast than Overseas Cooperation
Volunteers. However, recruitment last fall, there were no applicants only 1024 people even less than that.Pointed
out that "inward-oriented and youth, the impact of the economic
downturn," Chief of the Division Tonogawa Corps recruiting office and
cooperation. Although
there is no guarantee that JOCVs lived two years in the developing
countries of destination dispatch, that always works positively to
employment after returning home. Moreover, it is the underlying cause to deter young people also change the examination system of cooperative members. We
have mandated that until then had been tested in their own language
Secretariat Cooperation Volunteers, in advance from last fall, at the
time of application and submit the results to take TOEFL and Eiken, and
TOEIC. Order to receive the professional language test in advance, you will need several months of preparation period. I guess I want out aggressively overseas because it's time like this. You will need to go beyond the consciousness of Japan. Young man! Fly to the world!
