　２７日に行われる田村厚生労働相と新藤総務相らの大臣折衝で最終合意する。厚労省は昨年、３ワクチンの定期接種化の方針を固めていたが、費用は原則的に自治体の負担となるため厚労省と総務省などの協議が続いていた。厚労省は通常国会に予防接種法改正案を提出する。
　３ワクチンは子宮頸がんとインフルエンザ菌ｂ型（Ｈｉｂ＝ヒブ）、小児用肺炎球菌で、１３年度から定期予防接種の１類疾病に加えられる。いずれも１０年度から緊急事業として公的接種が実施されているが今年度末で終了するため、接種を途切れさせないよう厚労省が恒久化をめざしていた。今年４月以降も、現在と同様に継続実施される。
　子宮頚ガンについては慎重に取り扱わなければならないでしょうね。安全性の確認と純潔教育を充実させれば必要の無いワクチンですね。子どもができない女性が増えなければいいのですがね。
